At Shop Thrift World, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, but if a piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for store credit or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with the thrift tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a similar durable mailer, ensuring the original Shop Thrift World tags are visible and intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a digital gift card to your email within 3-5 business days.
